Sourcing.
Procurement to your specification at or under your target: cartons by the pallet, packaging, components, inventory, or a single high-value piece. Every quotation disclosed, nothing bought without your approval.
A digital pack platform sells pulls of real graded cards and owes each one to a customer, shipped or held. It needed a physical operation in the United States that could receive to the certificate, hold under lock, ship daily, and never deal against it.
A holdings statement to the certificate, a daily operations record, and a live buy sheet for every open obligation.

How sourcing works.
- 01You provide the specification: the item, the quantity, the target price, and the deadline.
- 02We price it across every channel available to us, with the quotation or listing behind every figure.
- 03You approve line by line. Nothing is purchased without written approval.
- 04We purchase, receive, verify against the specification, and file the provenance and condition on receipt before the goods reach your books or your floor.
Every line: the specification, the target, the price paid, the supplier, and the condition on receipt. Signed and dated. The same document for a pallet of cartons and for a single piece.
A percentage of what we buy, stated up front. Your target price is the ceiling, every quote is shown, and pass-through costs are billed at cost.
The controls within this serviceOpenClose
- Every quote and listing behind a price is kept on file and shown to you before you approve.
- Goods are received against the specification you approved: quantity, grade or variant, dimensions, and condition, with photographs.
- Anything that misses the spec is held and reported, never quietly accepted.
- Provenance filed with the item: supplier, invoice, certificate or lot, and condition on receipt.
Questions we are askedOpenClose
- Do you take a margin on what you buy?
- No. Goods are billed at cost with a stated fee, and every quotation is shown to you before you approve.
- What if you cannot hit my target price?
- The line comes back to you flagged, with the best quotation found. Nothing is substituted to close a list.
- Can you buy a single item?
- Yes. The same process and the same buy sheet apply to a pallet of cartons and to one high-value piece.
The boundaries of this serviceOpenClose
We never purchase for our own account, and the fee never influences the price. A line that cannot be filled at your target and quality is returned to you flagged, never substituted.
