Effective July 2026 · Brich House

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, and password (stored hashed).
  • Engagement data: the items, specifications, instructions, and documents you provide for procurement, custody, verification, or release — and the records we create in performing them.
  • Communications: support messages and emails we send you, kept as a service log.

What we use it for

Running the service: keeping your records, matching your items to market data, notifying you about things you asked to be notified about, and answering support questions. If you opt into The Brich Letter, we send it. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not run third-party advertising.

Who sees it

Only the service providers we need to run the site: hosting, database, and email delivery. Nobody else. We do not share your records with grading companies, marketplaces, insurers, or platforms — we have no commercial relationship that would involve passing it on, which is a consequence of not selling custody or brokerage.

Your collection is private

Nothing in your account is visible to anyone but you and the parties you name on an engagement. We never publish your holdings, never use them to price anyone else's goods, and never sell them.

Your choices

Notification preferences are in your account. To export or delete your account data, email hello@brich.house and we will action it. This policy is a plain-language draft pending review by counsel.
