For platforms · Cards & Collectibles

The independent record for platforms that hold collectibles.

For vaults, pack and rip platforms, tokenized-card sites, auction houses and lenders: what you hold, checked against the record and written down, dated, by a company that never buys, sells or holds.

What we record

Per item: four things, written down.

  1. 01

    The cert

Checked against the grader’s own record: the number, the card and the grade as the grader published them, on the date we looked.

  2. 02

    The card

Matched to the grader’s images where the grader shows them: the corners, the centring, the surface and the label, beside the item in hand.

  3. 03

    The chain of custody

Who has held the item since it was graded and how it moved, in writing, from the people who held it.

  4. 04

    Dated and signed

Each record carries the date it was made and the name of the person who made it. Findings are signed by BSJ Ventures.

A record of what the grader’s record shows and who has held the item. Not an authentication, grading, appraisal or valuation.

With the record

Custody, the listing and the watch.

Verified custody

Lion-Heart holds and ships.

If the platform wants custody with the record, Lion-Heart, our affiliate, holds and ships under its own agreement. Every item is counted against the record and every handoff is signed. Brich House itself never holds.

The listing

“Recorded by Brich House.”

Platforms whose holdings have been recorded appear as “recorded by Brich House” in the Platform Record, our monthly edition, with the date of the last record. The Record describes what each platform’s own public record shows; it never judges.

October 2026 edition: 2 platforms read, none yet recorded by Brich House. Read it

BSJ Ventures checks it. Brich House records it. Lion-Heart holds it.

Apply

Tell us what you hold.

The categories and a rough count are enough to start. We reply from hello@brich.house with what a first record covers and how it is made.

Or write to hello@brich.house.

The name your customers know.

example.com is enough.

Graded cards, sealed product, coins, watches: the categories and a rough count. No list needed yet.

Anything that helps us reply well: where the items are, what you want recorded first, a timeline.

What you type here is read by Brich House and answered from hello@brich.house. It is never published, never sold and never used for anything else. Privacy
