Free bulk cert check · Cards
Bulk cert check.
Check multiple PSA certs at once, or a whole collection of graded cards across PSA, CGC, Beckett, SGC and TAG: up to 500 certs a run, free, with no account. For each cert you see whether the number is in the grader’s usual format, whether the same cert turns up twice, whether it has an open report in the Brich House loss register, and a link to the grader’s own lookup.
One cert? Use the single cert check.
What the bulk check reads
Four flags for every cert in the list.
- 01
The format
Whether each number is in the grader’s usual shape: digits of the usual length, SGC’s hyphen, TAG’s letter and seven digits. A number out of shape is usually a typing slip; check it against the label.
- 02
The same cert twice
One slab carries one cert. We flag a cert that appears more than once in your list, and one that more than one vault token names in the public platform index our watch reads (Collector Crypt).
- 03
The loss register
Whether a cert has an open report in the Brich House loss register: the status and the reference, nothing about the owner or the loss.
- 04
The grader
A link to the grader’s own lookup for every cert. That page is the grader’s record of what it graded. We link to it; we never fetch or copy it.
Verify a collection of graded cards
A record check narrows the list. The card in hand decides.
What a cert does and does not prove, and each grader’s lookup step by step.
- 01
One cert a line, grader first.
PSA 12345678, CGC 4012345001, SGC 1234567-001, TAG N1234567. A grader’s own cert link works too. Bare numbers take the grader picked above the list.
- 02
Or a CSV from your spreadsheet.
Columns named grader and cert, in any order; other columns are ignored. Format the cert column as text first, so the spreadsheet keeps leading zeros and long numbers as written.
- 03
Read the flags, then the grader.
Start with any row reported to the loss register, then cloned flags, then formats. Open the grader’s own lookup for each and match the card, the label and the images to the slab in hand.
Bulk PSA cert check
Check multiple certs, then check the cards.
Questions
- How do I check multiple PSA certs at once?
- Paste the certs, one a line with the grader before the number (PSA 12345678), or add a CSV with grader and cert columns, then press Check the list. Up to 500 certs a run, free, with no account. Each row gets a link to PSA’s own cert lookup.
- How do I verify a collection of graded cards?
- Run the collection’s cert numbers through the bulk check to see which need a closer look: a number not in the grader’s usual format, the same cert twice, more than one vault token naming it, or an open report in the loss register. Then open each grader’s own lookup and match the card, the label and the images to the slab in hand.
- What does the cloned flag mean?
- One slab carries one cert. The flag shows when the same cert appears more than once in your list, or when more than one vault token in the public platform index our watch reads names it. It is a reason to look, not a finding: a re-listed token or a typing slip can do the same.
- Is my list kept?
- No. The list is read for the run and not stored. We count runs and flags, never the numbers checked or who checked them. The CSV is made in your browser when you press Download.
- Does a clean result mean the cards are genuine?
- No. A record check is not a physical authentication. It shows what the records we read hold on each number. The grader’s own lookup, the card in hand and who has held it since grading decide.
- Is Brich House affiliated with PSA, CGC, Beckett, SGC or TAG?
- No. Brich House has no affiliation with any grader, and no grader endorses this page. We link to each grader’s own lookup; we never fetch or copy its record.
