1. What Brich House does

Brich House is an independent research and information desk for the collectibles market. We provide (a) disclosure-based reviews of trading-card platforms; (b) card valuations and market data assembled from recorded sales and third-party price sources; (c) educational content; (d) The Brich Letter, our newsletter;.

We never take possession of your property. Brich House does not store, vault, ship, grade, authenticate, consign, buy, sell, broker, or lend against cards or collectibles, and does not hold customer funds. Logistics and custody services for card platforms are operated by separate companies under their own agreements — nothing on this site is an offer of those services.

3. Valuations and market data

Valuations are our good-faith reading of recorded market data on the date shown, assembled from sources including our own records and licensed third-party price providers. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Every published value carries its sources, dates, and a confidence indicator; where the data is too thin to support a figure, we say so rather than estimate. We are not appraisers and do not provide appraisals.

4. Reviews and editorial

Platform reviews report what a platform publicly disclosesas of a stated date, drawn from public materials including the platform's own terms and marketing. “Not disclosed” means we could not find the information publicly — it is not an assertion that the practice does not exist. Terms change; a review stands only as of its date. Any reviewed party may submit a correction with evidence, and verified corrections are reflected and marked as updated. Reviews are journalism and opinion about published facts, not advice about whether to use any platform.

5. Not investment or financial advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything, or a recommendation about any card, collectible, or platform. Collectibles are illiquid and volatile and can lose value. Market commentary describes recorded activity; it is never a forecast. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

6. Independence and conflicts

We hold no position in any card or collectible whose value we publish, take no commission on any transaction, and sell no custody or fulfillment services to the platforms we review. Where a company under common ownership with Brich House holds a commercial relationship with a reviewed platform, that relationship is disclosed on the review itself.

7. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of what you enter. Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our valuations or review content without written permission, upload content you have no right to, or use the site to harass any party. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service features.

8. Limitation of liability

The site and all data are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brich House is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on a valuation, review, or other information published here.

9. General

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted with a new effective date. These terms are a plain-language draft pending review by counsel before any commercial reliance. Questions: hello@brich.house.
