We run it, and we prove it.

We design, build, and run the operation behind goods of value, then sign the record that proves it. On our affiliate's floor or on yours. Independent, for a fee, and written down.

What we handle.

Collectibles, components, samples, tooling, hardware, and the evidence of a dispute. Each engagement accepted on its merits and governed by written instruction. Custody and warehousing are provided by our affiliate, Lion-Heart Logistics, under the Brich House record.

Who we work with
How it works
01
Define the engagement

An operation to run, an inspection, a verification, a statement, or a purchase. One conversation, one written scope.

02
We execute and record

Every item, count, visit, and handoff carries a name, a time, and a photograph where it matters.

03
You receive the document

A holdings statement, an inspection report, a verification report, an odds and inventory statement, or a buy sheet. Prepared to be relied upon.

Case studies

Work under way.

Real engagements, described without names. Each one ends in a document someone else relies on.

Notes and letters

Short notes from the floor. Longer letters when a subject deserves it.

Why us

We never own the goods, never lend against them, and never offer an opinion on their value. Where our affiliate holds them, we say so. That independence is what gives our documents their weight.

A decade running warehouses, and years inside the deals where inventory was priced from an unverified schedule. We know how an operation is run because we run them, and we know what a record is worth because we have priced deals on bad ones.

Lion-Heart × Brich House

Lion-Heart × Brich House

The custodian, the operator, and the record, on the same side of your table.

Lion-Heart Logistics has spent a decade receiving, holding, moving, and shipping other people's goods, and holds them today. Brich House designs, builds, and runs the operation, verifies it, attests to it, and signs the record. Two companies, one ownership, one team on every engagement, and separate paper: custody is billed by the facility, never by Brich House.

Operations are performed under a services agreement between the two companies. How it works
