Independent by design.
Brich House designs, builds, and runs operations for goods of value, inspects at the factory, verifies inventory, attests that what is published matches what exists, and sources on instruction. Custody sits with our affiliate, Lion-Heart Logistics. We act for a fee and never for a position, and every engagement concludes in a document a third party can rely on.
Most firms that hold valuable goods for others also deal in them, lend against them, or grade them. The warehouse holding your inventory competes with you. The lender examines its own collateral. No neutral party is in the room.
Brich House is built to be that party. We never own the goods, never lend against them, and never offer an opinion on their value. Because we hold no stake, our account of what exists, where it is, and in what condition can be relied upon by everyone else at the table.
Our partners have sat on both sides of the table. A decade running warehouses for other people taught us what an absent count costs on the floor. Years inside mergers and acquisitions taught us what it costs at the closing table, when inventory is priced from a schedule no independent party has verified. Brich House is built from both.
We are not auditors. Auditors arrive after the fact and act for someone else. We are present before, during, and after: at the factory, in transit, on the shelf, at the closing, and in the record.
Lion-Heart Logistics has operated warehouses and moved other people's goods for a decade, and holds the goods today at its secured facilities. Brich House designs, builds, and runs the operation inside those walls, or inside a client's, verifies it, attests to it, and sources for it. Both belong to BSJ Ventures, which has built and held businesses since 2016.
On every engagement the two act as one team, and the paper keeps them apart. The facility bills for custody. Brich House bills for the operation and the record, never for storage, so the document you receive is issued by a company with no stake in the shelf.
Every partner here has run an operation and lived with a record that failed: a recall with no lot to trace, a pallet that never arrived, a count that disagreed with the books. We built what we needed and could not buy. The team is operators, supported by former bankers and accountants, and on every engagement a partner has the final say, with their signature on what leaves.

I started holding things for other people before I had a name for it. A marketplace needed its customers' cards kept by someone who would never sell against them. A brand needed eyes at its factory that answered to no one at the factory. A company needed boxes bought by someone with no reason to pad the invoice. Same question every time: who can I trust with this who has no stake in it?
Brich House is the answer, written down. We run it, check it, attest to it, and buy it on your word, and our affiliate holds it. We never own it, never lend against it, never take a side. And everything we do ends in a document someone else can rely on, because trust that is not on paper is just a feeling.
Ten years building and running the Lion-Heart group of companies. Before that, lower middle market M&A at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and federal service.
