Every platform page
By name, with its grade and the date it was last read.
The grade is the on-chain registry’s: A, grader and cert readable on chain or in permanent public metadata; B, activity readable but no cert we may read; C, only what the company publishes; D, gone or wound down. A platform with no token on a public chain is not graded. “Last read” is the newest date any block of the page was read.
