Grade A.

A, grader and cert readable on chain or in permanent public metadata; B, activity readable but no cert we may read; C, only what the company publishes; D, gone or wound down.

A

A: certs readable on chain or in permanent public metadata.

Grader and cert are readable without permission in permanent public metadata (Arweave (some via Irys); also served by nft.collectorcrypt.com (not used)), on every chain read.

BSJ Ventures, the on-chain registry, compiled 2026-10-21. Custodian: The Platform Record, as its own records name them, read 18 October 2026.

Cert record

Not part of the weekly read; the cert record is kept by the daily cert check

Method, 11 to 17 October 2026Every signature of the gacha wallet, the cc_buyback program and the shipping co-signer from the run time back to one day before the window, with their SPL memos. A pack is the first ':open' leg of a uuid in the window; a sell-back is any ':buyback' leg of that uuid up to the run time; time to sell-back is the first buy-back leg's block time minus the open's. Redemptions are Burn instructions in 'cc shipment' transactions co-signed by the shipping key in the window, all read. Dollars: a seeded random sample of the week's opens, each priced from its open transaction (USDC into the gacha wallet) and every buy-back leg (USDC out); spend = packs times mean price; returned share is a ratio estimate.

Every week on record

The series. The week-by-week series since 11 to 17 October 2026, every dated change to the terms record and the whole legal log for this platform are part of the paid layer.

The terms record

Where your $100 sits.

What the platform’s own terms say about a buyer’s money and a pulled card, quoted from the terms cited, with the section number. “Silent” means a word search of the full text found nothing on the point; “not read” means the page refused the read or was not read on the point. Each row carries the terms’ own date and the date read.

Not read in this table: the six columns cover the platforms whose terms were read for the off-chain table. What its published terms say on affiliates, refunds and age checks is below.

Its published terms · the Platform Record, October 2026

Affiliates, refunds and disputes, age and identity.

What the platform’s own terms of service, help pages and referral pages said on the date read. Each entry names its page and the page’s own date; it describes the page and is not legal advice.

Affiliate or referral program

Not found on the public site, read 20 Oct 2026

The site's footer carries a Terms of Service and a Privacy Policy and no affiliate, referral or creator page. The terms (last revised 9 June 2026) describe no referral or affiliate program, no commission basis, no payout cadence and no reversal clause; the word Affiliates in them means related companies. No public page states what a referrer receives, on what basis, or when.

Collector Crypt, Terms of Service, last revised 9 June 2026, read 20 Oct 2026

Refunds and disputes

All purchases final; no refunds; individual arbitration

Its terms (5.2) say all purchases are final with no returns for Collector Crypt NFTs or other digital products, and (5.9) that a marketplace purchase on the Solana network cannot be undone or refunded, except for NFTs obtained free through the Alternative Method of Entry. No chargeback clause. Gacha packs are described (5.8) as chance-based features governed by Official Sweepstakes Rules, whose link read “content coming soon” on the date read. Buybacks are described (5.3) as provided by independent third-party liquidity providers, not by the company. Disputes go to individual arbitration (15.4); the terms are governed by the laws of Panama.

Collector Crypt, Terms of Service, last revised 9 June 2026, read 20 Oct 2026

Age and identity

18 or older; KYC named, not required of every user

By agreeing to the terms a user certifies being at least 18 (section 1); the privacy policy (last revised 12 May 2026) says the platform is intended for users 18 and over and that an account found to belong to anyone under 18 is deactivated. The privacy policy lists information collected for Know Your Customer checks, such as a social security number, and the terms treat KYC software as a third-party application (9.2). No page read says which users are verified, or when.

The legal log

Dated regulatory, court, network and platform-rule entries that name the platform: what one public document says, in one sentence, with who acted, the document’s date, the source and the date read. Companies as the sources name them; never a private individual. Described, never concluded.
