Retained & reference samples
Every brand that manufactures has to keep sealed samples of every batch for years and produce them when a complaint or recall lands. Most keep them at the factory, the one place a dispute with the factory makes them worthless. We keep them for you, off site and neutral.
Sealed, dated, and recorded by batch and lot. We track the retention period and tell you before anything ages out.
Existence and seal confirmed per batch. Retrieved on instruction, photographed, with the chain of custody a regulator, insurer, or lawyer will accept.
Samples come to us directly from the batch, sealed and dated, against the batch record.
Insured. Low value per item, high count. Excluded categories are refused at intake. Every category is cleared with the custodian's insurer before the first item is received. Custody is provided by our affiliate, Lion-Heart Logistics, or by a custodian you name.
Retention is a legal obligation nobody built a service for. We run this today: samples arrive from the manufacturer, are sealed and recorded, and you get compliance, recall readiness, and a neutral witness to what your product was on the day it was made. When a recall happens, we also hold the recalled lots segregated, count them, and witness their destruction, so a recall in the United States can be run without flying anyone in.
