How it works

Clear to begin, documented throughout.

Five services, one partner, and a document at the close of every engagement. What to expect, in order.

Three steps

How an engagement proceeds.

01
Define the engagement

An operation to run, an inspection, a verification, a statement, or a purchase. One conversation, and the scope is written together.

02
We execute and record

Every item, count, visit, and handoff carries a name, a time, and a photograph where it matters.

03
You receive the document

A holdings statement, an inspection report, a verification report, an odds and inventory statement, or a buy sheet. Prepared to be relied upon.

Who holds, who runs, who signs

Custody is held by our affiliate. The operation and the record are ours.

Lion-Heart × Brich House

Lion-Heart Logistics, our affiliate, holds the goods at its secured facilities and bills for that custody. Brich House designs, builds, and runs the operation inside those walls, or inside yours, and signs the record. The company holding the goods and the company signing the document are not the same, and we say so on every statement.

Goods are insured by the custodian, with the limit stated in your engagement paper. Facilities are access-controlled, monitored, and recorded. Where they are and how they run, we share in person under NDA. Where the custodian is a third party you name, the same procedures and the same record apply.

Standards

What is true of every room we run.

Access

Locked room inside an access-controlled building. Named people only, logged on every entry.

Record

Every item scanned in, photographed, and recorded by serial or certificate before it reaches a shelf. Every touch after that is a scan with a name and a time.

Counts

Scheduled counts by two people, one counting and a second confirming, both signing. Differences reported the same day.

Environment

Temperature and humidity logged for categories that need it. Sealed product stays sealed.

Insurance

Insured with the limit stated in your engagement paper. Our intake blocks any receipt that would push held value past the cover.

Release

Nothing leaves without written instruction from a named signatory. Condition photographed on the way out.

Where the rooms are, and how each one runs, is shared in person under NDA.

Service levels

What you can hold us to.

Receiving
Acknowledged the business day it arrives; recorded and on a shelf within three business days.
Shipping
Customer releases picked, packed, and shipped the next business day, tracking posted to the record.
Statements
A holdings statement by certificate monthly, and on request.
Exceptions
A variance, a damaged item, or a third-party claim is reported to you when it is found, never at the next count.
Vault or house

A vault holds. We run it and prove it.

What you receive

Every service concludes in a document.

This is the one a vault cannot show you: an item-level record, a count date, and two signatures. Certificates and positions are redacted here; on yours they are not.

01 · Operations
Holdings statement and operations record

A dated, item-level statement of what is held for you and where, with the signatories of the last count, and the record of every receipt, count, pick, and release in the period. Prepared to be relied upon by a third party.

02 · Inspection
Inspection report

What was checked, against what standard, what passed, what failed, with photographs. Dated and signed. The document you hold when the container arrives.

03 · Verification
Verification report

What was counted, against which record, by which method, and every difference found. Signed by two people. It says what exists and in what condition. It never says what it is worth.

04 · Attestation
Odds and inventory statement

What was published, what was drawn, what is on the shelf, and whether the three agree, with the method and the sample size stated. Signed by two people. It says what we tested and what we found. It never says what anything is worth.

05 · Sourcing
Buy sheet

Every line: the specification, the target, the price paid, the supplier, and the condition on receipt. Signed and dated. The same document for a pallet of cartons and for a single piece.

In practice

Engagements under way today.

On-site supplier QA for a consumer brand, to its written specification
Cert-matched card sourcing for a platform's customer obligations
Packaging procurement for a consumer-goods client
A secure room and pick-and-ship station designed, built, and run for a card platform
A platform's graded-card inventory verified to the cert

No client is named publicly without written consent. References are available on request, under NDA. Read the case studies →

Independence

What we never do.

  1. Never own
We work for a fee, always. No inventory of our own, no trading, nothing held for our own account.
  2. Never lend
Checking collateral is not lending, and releasing goods on instruction is not holding money. We never hold funds.
  3. Never opine
We confirm what exists, the count, the serial, the condition, and the quality against your standard. What a thing is worth, or whether it is genuine, is someone else's opinion to give.
  4. Never conflict
We never sign a statement about goods any related company has an interest in. Where our affiliate holds the goods, the statement says so, states what we did, and stops there.
Pricing

Pricing follows the services you use, never square feet. Operations are priced as a monthly management fee plus handling per order, inspection and verification per day on site, attestation per statement, and sourcing as a stated percentage of what we buy. Custody and warehousing are billed by the facility that holds the goods. Terms are set per engagement and shared on request.
