We design, build, and run the physical operation behind your product: receiving against manifest, the scan station, scheduled counts, pick and pack, releases, and shipping to your customers. On the floor of our affiliate, Lion-Heart Logistics, or on yours. Every step carries a name and a time, and nothing leaves without written instruction.
A digital pack platform sells pulls of real graded cards and owes each one to a customer, shipped or held. It needed a physical operation in the United States that could receive to the certificate, hold under lock, ship daily, and never deal against it.

How operations works.
- 01Design: we scope the operation with you in writing. Volumes, categories, the security level the goods require, and the record you and the people relying on you need to see.
- 02Build: we stand up the room, the scan station, the desk software, and the procedures, at our affiliate's facility or at a site you name. Insurance and access control are settled before the first item arrives.
- 03Run: goods are received against your manifest and recorded individually. Counts run on your schedule, one person counting and a second confirming. Orders are picked, packed, and shipped, and every release is on written instruction.
- 04Report: a holdings statement and an operations record on the schedule you set, prepared for whoever must rely on them: a customer, an investor, an insurer, a lender, or a regulator.
A dated, item-level statement of what is held for you and where, with the signatories of the last count, and the record of every receipt, count, pick, and release in the period. Prepared to be relied upon by a third party.
A monthly management fee for the operation, handling priced per order, and supplies, carrier, and insurance at cost. Custody and warehousing are billed by the facility that holds the goods, never by us.

- Receiving inspection: every item matched to your manifest, serial or certificate confirmed, condition photographed, damage or tampering noted before it goes on a shelf.
- Scan station: every touch, from receipt to release, is a scan with a name and a time. The record is built by the work, never typed in afterwards.
- Scheduled counts: one person counts, a second confirms, both sign. Differences against your records are reported the same day.
- Release inspection: condition photographed again on the way out, so the record shows what left, when, to whom, and in what state.

- Who holds the goods?
- Our affiliate, Lion-Heart Logistics, at its secured facilities, or a custodian you name. Custody is billed by the facility. Brich House runs the operation and signs the record.
- Who can release my goods?
- Only the signatories named in your engagement paper, in writing. A request from anyone else is declined and reported to you.
- Can you run this at our own site?
- Yes. The station, the procedures, and the record travel. The facility can be ours, yours, or a third party's.

We never own the goods, never deal in them, and never hold funds. Nothing is opened, altered, or released without written instruction, and where our affiliate holds the goods, the record says so.
