Injection molds, dies, and fixtures that a brand owns but that live at its contract manufacturer. We verify tooling at the factory during our inspection visits, and we hold tooling between manufacturers so it never becomes a bargaining chip.
Tagged, photographed, and recorded by tool number against your drawings and ownership documents. Stored protected and released only to the manufacturer you name.
At the factory: tool present, tag matches your record, condition photographed, shot count recorded where the tool carries a counter. In storage: counted and inspected on your schedule.
Tooling arrives from the outgoing manufacturer under a written release, or is verified in place at the factory during an inspection visit.
Insured, with the limit stated per engagement. Every category is cleared with the custodian's insurer before the first item is received. Custody is provided by our affiliate, Lion-Heart Logistics, or by a custodian you name.
When a brand changes factories, the tooling is what gets held hostage. A neutral party who has already tagged and photographed it, and who can hold it in between, changes that conversation.
