End-of-life & service parts
Last-time buys and service stock that an OEM must hold for years to honor warranty and service obligations. Kept by lot and date code, counted on a schedule, and released only on written instruction. High-value parts in the secure room, bulk on racking, one statement covering both.
Kept by part number, lot, and date code. Static protection where the part needs it. Split between the secure room and racking by value, with one record across both.
Counted on your schedule by two people. Shelf-life and storage conditions logged. A written confirmation to your auditors or your customers on request, and a release record for every part that leaves.
We can buy remaining stock from distributors and brokers to your part number and date-code window, with the chain of custody documented.
Insured, with the limit stated per engagement. Every category is cleared with the custodian's insurer before the first item is received. Custody is provided by our affiliate, Lion-Heart Logistics, or by a custodian you name.
Service stock is too often kept in a corner of the plant or a general warehouse, with no lot integrity and no count anyone signs. We hold it to the standard the obligation deserves, for as long as the obligation runs.
