Statements & attestation.

Signed statements that what a company publishes matches what physically exists. The odds a platform advertises, against the cards drawn and the cards on the shelf. The holdings a borrower reports, against the count. The inventory a seller schedules, against the record. Prepared on defined procedures, signed by two people, and issued to whoever must rely on the answer.

How it works

How attestation works.

  1. 01Scope: we agree in writing which representation is being tested, against which data, at what frequency, and who receives the statement.
  2. 02Data: the published table is captured with its version history and a fingerprint. The platform supplies its draw or transaction record. The custody ledger, ours or the custodian's, supplies what physically exists.
  3. 03Analysis: realized outcomes against published odds, with the sample size and the confidence stated. Advertised value against realized value. Inventory promised against inventory held. Drift over time, so a table that was honest in month one and quietly changed in month three shows as a break.
  4. 04Statement: a signed monthly statement of the procedures performed, the data received, the findings, and every exception. Exceptions are notified within two business days, and a public registry page is available for platforms that want their customers to see it.
What you receive
What you walk away with
Odds and inventory statement

What was published, what was drawn, what is on the shelf, and whether the three agree, with the method and the sample size stated. Signed by two people. It says what we tested and what we found. It never says what anything is worth.

An onboarding fee per platform or borrower, then a monthly fee per statement. Never priced per draw, per pack, or per item, so the fee has no stake in volume.

The detail
The controls within this serviceOpen
  • Every dataset received is fingerprinted and dated, so the statement can be traced to exactly what was tested.
  • Distribution tests stated with the method, the sample size, and the confidence, and with how many more draws it would take to say otherwise.
  • Coverage: every card in a published pool checked against the copies physically held and the copies the odds imply will be drawn at current velocity.
  • No certificate number in two live pools. Cards leave the pool the day they ship.
  • Two signatures on every statement, and the record of who prepared it and who reviewed it.
Questions we are askedOpen
Is this an audit?
No. An audit is an accountant's opinion. This is a set of defined procedures performed on data we received, with the method, the sample, and every exception stated, signed by two people.
Do you certify the random number generator?
No. Draw mechanics are reviewed by an accredited testing laboratory. Our statement covers what was published, what was drawn, and what physically exists, and attaches to theirs.
Can our customers see the statement?
Yes, if you choose. A registry page per pack series shows the published odds, the verified-in-vault count, and the date of the last statement.
The boundaries of this serviceOpen

We state what we did and what we found. We never certify a random number generator, never opine on value, and never call our work an audit. Where our affiliate holds the goods, the statement says so.
