Brich House · The platform
The platform that holds the record.
Brich House holds the record of high-value goods and the fraud against them: serial numbers, labels, checks, custody and signed statements. The tools run on it. BSJ Ventures reads it and signs.
The record
What the platform holds.
Serial numbers and labels
Each cert, serial or product code, kept against the item it belongs to, as it was printed.
Checks and scans
Every check made and every code scanned, with the time, and any repeat noted the moment it appears.
Custody
Where an item sits, who held it, the counts, and the release, each handoff on the record.
Signed statements
A dated statement of what the record shows, chained to the one before it and signed by BSJ Ventures.
What the record covers
Graded collectibles
Certs, labels and the slabs they sit on: the cert index, repeats, and the loss register.
Serialised goods and components
Serial numbers taken in one unit at a time, counted, and released only against the record.
Brand protection
Product codes such as Amazon Transparency: each scan checked, and any repeat caught at the pack bench.
Goods in custody
Who held an item, where, and when it left, with every handoff signed.
Brich House has no affiliation with any grader, and none with Amazon. Product names are their owners’ marks, used here to say what a code is.
The tools
Live now, on the same record.
- Free cert check Enter a graded cert. See the format, whether the cert shows up twice, whether it is on the loss register, and a link to the grader’s own lookup. No account.
- Bulk check Paste a list or add a CSV of up to 500 certs. One row each, with the same four flags.
- Business API The same check by key, for the teams that check every day: before a buy, an intake, a loan or a claim.
- Loss register Register a graded card that was lost or taken. Anyone who checks that cert then sees an open report.
The walls
Every account stays its own.
Partitioned
Every client and tenant sits in its own partition. A login reaches its own account and nothing beside it.
Named logins
Every login belongs to one named person. There are no shared accounts.
A second factor
A second factor protects sign-in for accounts that ask for one, and for the administrators who run the platform.
Nothing public about an account
The public pages carry no account information. What belongs to an account is shown after sign-in, to that account.
Neutrality
The platform records and shows. It never gives a verdict.
Each screen says what the record shows, and where to look next. Findings are read and signed by BSJ Ventures, the desk that reads the record. The record is about things and transactions, never people.
Who uses it
The people who work from one record.
BSJ Ventures’ practices
The desk reads the record and signs what it shows. Each practice works from the same platform, on its own part of it.
Warehouses and custodians
Staff take goods in, count them and release them against the record, on managed devices.
Their clients
Each client sees its own goods, holds and statements, and nothing that belongs to anyone else.
Anyone can use the free tools directly, with no account. To work on the platform with BSJ Ventures, write to hello@brich.house.
