The winner is contacted only by direct message from @brichhousehq or by email from an @brich.house address. We will never ask for payment, passwords or card details.

Brich House Collection Record Giveaway: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
Brich House LLC, 331 Newman Springs Rd, Ste 320, Red Bank, NJ 07701 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Not open to employees, officers, members or contractors of Sponsor, BSJ Ventures LLC or their affiliates, or members of their immediate families or households.
3. Entry period
The giveaway begins at 12:00 p.m. ET on Monday 26 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday 8 November 2026 ("Entry Period").
4. How to enter
- Instagram: during the Entry Period, follow @brichhousehq and leave a comment on the giveaway post naming one card you would want on the record. One entry per person, however many comments are made.
- Free entry by email: send an email to hello@brich.house with the subject "Giveaway entry" and your name, age, state of residence and the one card you would want on the record. One email entry per person. Email entries have the same chance of winning as Instagram entries.
- Entries that are automated, made with multiple accounts, or that are offensive or unlawful are void.
5. Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about 9 November 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Notification
The winner will be notified by direct message from @brichhousehq (Instagram entries) or by email from an @brich.house address (email entries), and must reply within 72 hours, confirm eligibility and accept the prize. Sponsor will never ask a winner for payment, passwords, account access or financial information. If a winner does not respond, is ineligible or declines, an alternate winner may be selected at random.
7. Prize
One (1) Brich House collection record for up to twenty-five (25) graded trading cards owned by the winner, delivered within 60 days of the winner's acceptance. The winner sends the cert numbers and photographs (front and back) of each card. Sponsor checks each cert number against the grading company's own public record, compares the winner's photographs with the grading company's images where they exist, and delivers a dated written record of the collection.
- The record describes what the grading companies' public records show and what the photographs show on the date of the record. It is not an authentication, a grading, an appraisal or a valuation, and it is not an opinion on the card's ownership, history or worth.
- The winner keeps the cards at all times; Sponsor does not take possession of any card.
- Approximate retail value: $250. The prize is not transferable and has no cash alternative. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. Taxes
The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
9. Publicity
With the winner's written permission only, Sponsor may share the winner's first name and state, and describe the record without naming the cards' owner. Sponsor will not publish the winner's collection, cert numbers or images without separate written permission.
10. General
Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry or breaks these rules. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, BSJ Ventures LLC and their affiliates from liability for any loss arising from participation or from the prize, to the extent the law allows. These rules are governed by New Jersey law.
11. Instagram
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability.
12. Privacy
Entry information is used only to run this giveaway and is handled under the Brich House privacy policy at brich.house/legal/privacy.
13. Winner's name
For the winner's first name and state, send a request to hello@brich.house within 30 days of 9 November 2026.
